Overview

- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.

- Document incidents and resolutions to maintain a robust knowledge base.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues.
- Deliver hands-on support for Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and SharePoint.
- Perform new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, including device deployment.
- Engage proactively with end users to understand technical needs and provide updates.
- Collaborate with IT teams to standardize processes and improve user experiences.
- Conduct routine maintenance, patching, and updates on user devices.
- Educate users on effective use of workplace technology and security practices.
- Document support activities to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365 environments and applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management tools preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems and basic network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in New York City.
