Job Description

Overview

  • Provide high-touch technical support to end users, ensuring reliable and efficient technology operations.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional user experiences while managing modern workplace technologies.
  • Support Microsoft 365 services and Intune-managed devices, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Perform device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management tasks.
  • Educate users on new systems, applications, and security best practices.
  • Document incidents and resolutions to maintain a robust knowledge base.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues.
  • Deliver hands-on support for Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and SharePoint.
  • Perform new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, including device deployment.
  • Engage proactively with end users to understand technical needs and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to standardize processes and improve user experiences.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, patching, and updates on user devices.
  • Educate users on effective use of workplace technology and security practices.
  • Document support activities to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
  • Proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365 environments and applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management tools preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in New York City.
