Overview

  • Lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve objectives effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and updates for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure resources and materials.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing construction projects and leading diverse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
