Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to organizational growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client goals.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety standards throughout project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with preference for 10 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical construction.
  • Strong knowledge of AEC industry standards and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
