Job Description

Overview

  • Support the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, ensuring high standards of appearance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute facility-related projects and tasks efficiently.
  • Perform custodial tasks including cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and general upkeep of the premises.
  • Assist with inventory management, document shredding, and data entry tasks as required.
  • Participate in company sustainability and wellness initiatives to support organizational goals.
  • Ensure professional communication and polished demeanor when interacting with executives and clients.
  • Maintain flexibility in work hours within the standard range of 6am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including machine cleaning, mopping, and sweeping.
  • Stock kitchen and meeting rooms, prepare coffee, and assist with catering setups.
  • Manage inventory, shred documents, and perform accurate data entry.
  • Move furniture, carry packages up to 100 lbs., and utilize hand and power tools effectively.
  • Maintain exterior grounds cleanliness and participate in facility-related projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and maintain facility standards.
  • Uphold company values of sustainability, integrity, and community in daily tasks.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Associate of Applied Science (AAS) required.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in facilities or related roles.
  • Proficiency in basic math, typing, and familiarity with shipping software.
  • Strong time management, mechanical aptitude, and hand-eye coordination skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., use tools, and stand for extended periods.
  • Professional communication skills and polished demeanor for client and executive interactions.
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel for training purposes.
