Job Description

Overview

  • Support IT operations by maintaining computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal functionality and security.
  • Assist in software configuration and user requirement analysis to meet organizational needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Participate in system upgrades, installations, and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain local area networks and data recovery systems.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver efficient desktop, laptop, and peripheral equipment support to staff.
  • Implement software installations, upgrades, and repairs as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and security, ensuring data protection.
  • Analyze user requirements and configure software solutions accordingly.
  • Assist in developing procedures for system issue resolution and performance optimization.
  • Document workflows and business processes for system administration tasks.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; formal education in IT preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in computer science or IT.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based PCs, servers, and networking.
  • Experience with Salesforce, databases, or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
