Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Reconcile cash flows, positions, and fund-level economics across funds and SPVs.
- Oversee and instruct third-party administrators on non-standard transactions.
- Review accounting outputs, including NAV support and capital activity.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies across systems and reports.
- Support bank account setup, broker onboarding, and trade settlement coordination.
- Contribute to special projects, including new fund launches and operational enhancements.
- Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fund accounting, investment operations, or middle office roles.
- Preferred 5 years of experience in private credit or private equity structures.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively in complex environments.
