Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure optimal patient care delivery and staff performance.
  • Develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills and compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align clinical strategies with organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Active license as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist in NY state.
  • Associate degree in Nursing required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a Certified Home Health Agency.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities to manage complex operations.
  • Expertise in customer relations and team leadership to drive performance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
