Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Room patients, obtain accurate vital signs, and update medical histories in EMR systems.
  • Administer injections and perform phlebotomy tasks with precision and care.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into electronic medical records systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Assist in managing patient flow and scheduling to optimize clinic operations.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant diploma preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems, preferably eClinicalWorks.
  • Experience in rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and performing phlebotomy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
