Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Preferred 10 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
