Overview

  • Lead diverse construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple commercial construction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices throughout project execution.
  • Utilize advanced project management tools to optimize operations and drive project success.
  • Promote teamwork, transparency, and innovation within the project team and organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and implementing corrective actions to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain alignment.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date for seamless execution.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to minimize disruptions and enhance project outcomes.
  • Support the team in achieving high-quality deliverables and maintaining client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient oversight.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
