Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee compliance reviews and approve tax returns for high-net-worth clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Lead consultations on tax planning strategies, leveraging expertise to maximize client benefits.
- Develop proposals to attract new clients and expand the firm's market presence.
- Supervise client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service quality.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, or related field is required.
- CPA or JD certification is mandatory for this position.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive tax experience, with a focus on compliance and consulting.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and training staff.
- Proven ability to acquire clients and expand a book of business.
- Expert knowledge of tax laws and regulations affecting high-net-worth individuals.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
