Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related field required, with accredited RN First Assistant program completion.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Surgical First Assist; 3 years preferred.
- Current RN licensure required, demonstrating proficiency in perioperative nursing and surgical assisting techniques.
- Strong communication, delegation, and coordination skills essential for effective teamwork.
