Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with active licensure in the state of employment.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare documentation systems.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and coaching clinical teams.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally for training and recruitment purposes.
- Commitment to maintaining board certification and completing required CME activities.
