Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families.
  • Lead care teams, including medical assistants and coordinators, to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote health education and preventive care.
  • Utilize electronic medical records for efficient documentation and communication.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to organizational goals and initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics mandatory.
  • Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one within the required timeframe.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 5 years preferred in primary care settings.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and technology-driven healthcare solutions.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and outcomes-based practice.
  • Ability to work onsite during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 90 days of employment.
