Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients, addressing both acute and chronic conditions effectively.
  • Supervise and mentor primary care providers to enhance clinical outcomes and team performance.
  • Lead team meetings to align on care strategies and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with hospitalists and care teams for seamless patient transitions and management.
  • Drive operational improvements and financial performance in partnership with center leadership.
  • Engage in community outreach and patient recruitment activities to support center growth.
  • Monitor adherence to clinical protocols and guidelines to ensure quality care delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on healthcare best practices and innovations.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with active licensure in the state of employment.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare applications.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to effectively guide clinical teams.
  • Experience in value-based care and patient-centered healthcare delivery.
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally for training and recruitment purposes.
