Overview

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to pediatric patients within a clinical setting, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive medical services and improve patient outcomes.
  • Perform health assessments, screenings, and administer immunizations as directed by medical protocols.
  • Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery and compliance standards.
  • Ensure clinic operations run smoothly, including inventory management and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor patient cases to meet regulatory timeframes and ensure timely delivery of medical services.
  • Document vital signs, conduct screenings, and administer immunizations accurately.
  • Assist healthcare providers during physical examinations and coordinate referral appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records in electronic health systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is required.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) certification and license are mandatory.
  • Updated First Aid and CPR certifications are essential.
  • Completion of mandated courses, including Infection Control and Abuse/Incident Reporting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems and general computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
