Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine manufacturing specifications and requirements.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor machining processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machining, with 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating multi-axis CNC mills and lathes is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in reading blueprints and interpreting GD&T specifications.
  • Experience working with plastic materials is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality assurance standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
