Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine manufacturing specifications and requirements.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor machining processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machining, with 4 years preferred.
- Proficiency in operating multi-axis CNC mills and lathes is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in reading blueprints and interpreting GD&T specifications.
- Experience working with plastic materials is advantageous.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality assurance standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.
