Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and estate tax returns, including multi-state filings with precision.
- Analyze and review tax projections and quarterly estimates, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff, cultivating a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Respond to inquiries and audits from tax authorities, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Conduct comprehensive tax research and document findings to support informed decision-making processes.
- Prepare client meeting packages and deliver strategic insights to strengthen client relationships.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including partners and business managers, to ensure alignment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with a strong academic record.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience, with 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tax software such as CCH Axcess.
- Comprehensive understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
