Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical therapy needs and establish recovery goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities.
  • Monitor and adjust therapy plans to ensure effective patient recovery and progress.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; advanced degrees are advantageous.
  • Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, obtainable upon hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience; 2 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and patient care strategies.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and patient interaction.
  • Commitment to professional development and staying updated on therapy advancements.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
