Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and manage the email marketing infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency and scalability across campaigns.

  • Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign content, design, and timing for optimal audience engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
  • 5–7 years of experience in email marketing with expertise in enterprise-level platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in Pardot or similar tools, including CRM systems integration and management.
  • Strong knowledge of email deliverability, compliance, and data privacy standards is essential.
  • Experience with analytics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization strategies to improve performance.
  • Technical skills in HTML/CSS for email design and platform configuration are preferred.
  • Ability to develop and execute segmented, automated email campaigns effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
