Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, economics, or statistics is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance analytics or risk reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as Morningstar, FactSet, Bloomberg, and programming languages like Python, VBA, SQL, or R.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a quantitative focus.
