Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Generate performance analytics and peer comparisons to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing portfolio performance for investment committees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to provide data-driven insights for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Design and implement automated reporting dashboards to enhance analytics efficiency.
  • Conduct statistical analyses to support RFPs, DDQs, and consultant database submissions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across internal databases and marketing materials.
  • Provide training to team members on advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Investigate and resolve performance-related inquiries in collaboration with relevant departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, economics, or statistics is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance analytics or risk reporting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Morningstar, FactSet, Bloomberg, and programming languages like Python, VBA, SQL, or R.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a quantitative focus.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex findings to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing workflows for analytics delivery is preferred.
