Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data for investment entities.
- Address client inquiries with expert solutions and guidance on accounting matters.
- Analyze and review investment capital structures and associated financial data.
- Manage capital calls, distributions, and valuation activities effectively.
- Prepare and review financial statements and client reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct technical research and apply US GAAP to complex accounting scenarios.
- Supervise and mentor team members to ensure high-quality output and productivity.
- Collaborate with technology teams to optimize systems and implement best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in private equity accounting or related field.
- Preferred 15 years of experience in fund administration and investment accounting.
- Proficiency in applying US GAAP standards for investment entities.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
- Ability to work remotely using advanced technology effectively.
