Overview

  • Take a vital role in overseeing accounting operations, ensuring precision and compliance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and operational workflows for organizational efficiency.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and financial documentation for transparency and accuracy.
  • Assist in HR-related functions, including onboarding, personnel records, and recruitment coordination.
  • Coordinate office operations, vendor management, and logistics to ensure seamless organizational functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and operational regulations, supporting audits and reviews effectively.
  • Promote a professional and organized work environment, fostering collaboration and productivity.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and review financial statements and tax documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Monitor intercompany transactions, capital contributions, and perform detailed account reconciliations.
  • Conduct internal audits to enhance financial processes and documentation standards.
  • Manage cash flows, support treasury operations, and maintain general ledger documentation.
  • Oversee IT systems administration, user access, and collaborate with external providers for system optimization.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding, personnel record management, and recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate office operations, vendor relations, and logistics for meetings and organizational events.
  • Maintain compliance calendars and operational task tracking to ensure organizational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting within a multi-entity environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, BILL, and Excel essential.
  • Experience with IT systems administration and vendor coordination is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and support executive leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with a solutions-oriented approach.
