Senior Project Manager

Overview

• Lead complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategic project plans, budgets, and schedules for optimal execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management; 12 years preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced certifications in project management are advantageous.
• Proven expertise in managing commercial, institutional, and healthcare construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development and stakeholder engagement.
