Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate capital calls and distributions, ensuring seamless operations with fund administrators.
  • Conduct daily banking reconciliations and monitor cash movements to maintain financial integrity.
  • Develop and refine operational procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance in fund management.
  • Support investor onboarding processes, addressing due diligence and AML-related requirements effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive investor tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with service providers to uphold compliance and operational standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, fund administration, or audit; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong quantitative analytical skills are essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
