Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of impactful training programs, fostering organizational growth and employee development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and align initiatives with business goals and industry standards.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging instructional materials for diverse learning environments, including clinical and classroom settings.
  • Integrate innovative training methodologies to maximize program effectiveness and participant engagement.
  • Manage external vendor relationships to enhance training resources and expertise effectively.
  • Ensure training strategies support talent acquisition, development, and retention goals across the organization.
  • Develop schedules and processes to ensure timely and accessible training delivery across all locations.
  • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to drive continuous improvement and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assess and refine existing training programs to align with organizational goals and evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define long-term learning objectives and workforce development strategies.
  • Coordinate training initiatives to support business unit objectives and enhance human capital outcomes.
  • Oversee competency testing and development programs for trainers to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on organizational performance metrics and employee engagement.
  • Develop instructional design strategies for new hires and existing staff to foster continuous learning.
  • Manage vendor relationships to enhance training resources and capabilities effectively.
  • Ensure training delivery aligns with operational requirements and accessibility for all participants.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in education, business, or human resources.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development roles, with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and program development for diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational initiatives.
  • Ability to assess and implement innovative training methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and drive program success.
  • Experience in vendor management and leveraging external training resources effectively.
  • Knowledge of clinical and classroom training environments is highly preferred.
