Overview
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to manage and administer compensation programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices aligned with organizational goals.
- Perform market research and salary benchmarking analyses to guide pay decisions and maintain market alignment.
- Analyze internal compensation data to identify trends related to pay equity, compression, and market alignment.
- Develop and maintain compensation reports and dashboards to support decision-making and program oversight.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and established compensation guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR partners, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of compensation processes and data integrity.
- Act as a point of contact for routine compensation inquiries, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Total Rewards function.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and administer compensation programs, including salary review cycles and job evaluations, ensuring accurate execution.
- Conduct salary benchmarking analyses and evaluate survey data to support competitive compensation practices.
- Analyze internal data to identify trends and provide recommendations for pay equity and market alignment.
- Develop and distribute compensation reports and dashboards for program oversight and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and established guidelines.
- Maintain accurate compensation records within HR systems and reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and process alignment.
- Provide guidance on routine compensation inquiries and escalate complex matters appropriately.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation or HR analytics, with 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in compensation principles, including salary structures, pay equity, and market benchmarking practices.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analyzing datasets and building reports.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday, ADP, or SAP preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical information into understandable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
