Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection following established guidelines and protocols.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience is essential for success in this role.
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratory training or specimen collection is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry tasks is required.
