Project Executive

Overview

• Lead multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables effectively.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for large-scale multifamily projects exceeding $30 million.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements consistently.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Monitor and report on project progress, proactively addressing challenges and risks.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction methodologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to finalize project plans and specifications.
• Manage procurement processes, including material selection and vendor negotiations effectively.
• Implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues proactively.
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Facilitate regular meetings with project teams to review progress and resolve challenges.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• 15+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multifamily projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects exceeding $30 million successfully.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is highly preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities effectively.
