Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Room patients, collect vitals, and update medical histories accurately and efficiently.
- Administer injections and perform phlebotomy tasks following established clinical procedures.
- Input patient data into EMR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in clinical spaces, promoting safety and hygiene.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care and procedural support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, addressing concerns and providing necessary information.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant diploma preferred.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is optional but advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant; 2 years preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, preferably eClinicalWorks.
- Experience with patient rooming, vital sign collection, and phlebotomy tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interactions.
- Flexibility to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
