Overview

  • Support strategic initiatives by developing and implementing the Segment Activation Playbook for enhanced program execution and deployment.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
  • Combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to achieve impactful organizational outcomes.
  • Contribute to change management efforts, driving process improvements and fostering team alignment.
  • Utilize analytical skills to transform complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create compelling presentations and frameworks using advanced PowerPoint skills to communicate strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and refine the Segment Activation Playbook using best practices in program management.
  • Develop comprehensive guidance, frameworks, and materials to support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establish and manage a program intake process as a foundational playbook component.
  • Apply change management principles to facilitate adoption of new tools and methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and enhance organizational processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic organizational goals.
  • Analyze diverse inputs to develop actionable outputs and strategic recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, strategy development, or organizational transformation.
  • Preferred 7 years of experience with expertise in change management and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint skills for creating impactful presentations and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to synthesize complex inputs into actionable outputs.
