Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and present comprehensive materials for senior management and internal stakeholders, highlighting progress and outcomes.
- Maintain and update the Treasury improvement roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Identify inefficiencies within Treasury processes and propose actionable solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, consulting, or Treasury-related roles.
- Proficiency in financial systems, with experience in Kyriba Treasury Management System preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt to evolving environments and manage ambiguity effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with project details and deliver structured, impactful results.
- Experience in developing and implementing project governance frameworks aligned with organizational standards.
- Knowledge of Treasury functions and responsibilities in consulting or corporate settings.
