Overview

  • Drive impactful Treasury transformation projects, focusing on automation and efficiency enhancements within a dynamic hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Treasury initiatives with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, communicating project updates and outcomes effectively.
  • Maintain the Treasury improvement roadmap, tracking costs and identifying opportunities for productivity enhancements.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to the organization's financial systems strategy, leveraging expertise in Treasury management systems.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and manage complex Treasury projects, focusing on automation, efficiency, and controls improvements.
  • Serve as the Treasury representative in global and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Technology teams to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, optimizing workflows and engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive materials for senior management and internal stakeholders, highlighting progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain and update the Treasury improvement roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Identify inefficiencies within Treasury processes and propose actionable solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, consulting, or Treasury-related roles.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, with experience in Kyriba Treasury Management System preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving environments and manage ambiguity effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with project details and deliver structured, impactful results.
  • Experience in developing and implementing project governance frameworks aligned with organizational standards.
  • Knowledge of Treasury functions and responsibilities in consulting or corporate settings.
