Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage interiors construction projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and align deliverables with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to address challenges and provide updates.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and finalize interiors construction projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Lead and guide project teams, fostering collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, documentation, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in interiors construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
