Overview

  • Lead and manage commercial construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive project schedules, optimizing resource allocation and task execution.
  • Monitor budgets and control costs while maintaining project scope and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure seamless integration and efficient task execution.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, optimizing workflow and resource utilization.
  • Monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with mission-critical projects is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions efficiently.
