Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with mission-critical projects is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
