Overview

  • Lead complex construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address project challenges and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise construction teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to address updates and changes effectively.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing on-site construction activities and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
  • Experience in competitive bidding and securing construction contracts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
