Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise construction teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to address updates and changes effectively.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Manage resources, including workforce, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure all project action items are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Participate in planning and bidding processes to secure new opportunities.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing on-site construction activities and teams.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Experience in competitive bidding and securing construction contracts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
