Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise clinic staff, ensuring delivery of exceptional pediatric patient care and professional development.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate operational activities across multiple locations, optimizing workflows and resource allocation.

• Address and resolve administrative and clinical challenges promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; active RN certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a clinical setting, preferably pediatrics.
• Proven ability to oversee operations across multiple clinic locations and diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and pediatric care practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in implementing operational changes and tracking workflow metrics.
• Availability to work on-site Saturdays for emergencies as required.
• Flexibility to manage operations at school sites and mobile units within Alameda County.
