Job Description

Overview

  • Provide exceptional IT support to users, ensuring seamless operations and satisfaction in a dynamic on-site environment.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues using an efficient ticketing system, adhering to organizational standards.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Azure AD.
  • Perform systems administration tasks on Microsoft Windows Server Platforms and Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain desktop and mobile devices, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Document processes and adhere to change control procedures to maintain system stability.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance IT services and user experience.
  • Engage in occasional travel to client office locations within the metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver prompt and effective IT support services, resolving user issues efficiently.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to track and manage support queries, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for IT processes and user support activities.
  • Support and configure Microsoft 365 applications and services for optimal performance.
  • Perform systems administration tasks, including Active Directory and Group Policy management.
  • Provide desktop support for Microsoft Windows and Office applications, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve IT support services and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Adhere to change control procedures to ensure compliance and system stability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of IT experience, preferably in desktop support or systems administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and endpoint threat management solutions.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise suite of products and other vendor solutions is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and extended periods of standing or sitting.
