- Utilize ticketing systems to manage, prioritize, and resolve support queries efficiently.
- Administer Microsoft 365 tools, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD.
- Engage in technical assessments and interviews to showcase problem-solving capabilities.
- Travel to client locations within the metropolitan area to provide onsite IT support.
- Work in a structured onsite environment, contributing to organizational IT goals.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver comprehensive IT support to users, resolving technical issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Utilize ticketing systems to document and manage support queries effectively.
- Maintain IT documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies.
- Administer Microsoft 365 tools, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Perform systems administration tasks, managing Windows Server platforms and Active Directory.
- Provide desktop support, troubleshooting Windows, Office applications, and mobile devices.
- Ensure adherence to change control procedures, maintaining system integrity and security.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of IT experience, preferably in desktop support or systems administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Understanding of networking concepts and virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience with endpoint threat management tools such as Sophos or similar products.
- Ability to travel periodically to customer office locations within the metropolitan area.
- Physical capability to perform job requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs and extended periods of standing or sitting.
