Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
  • Experience with productivity tools like Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO/MFA tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Security+ are advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
