Overview

  • Drive strategic business development initiatives to enhance market presence and revenue growth for the client organization.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.

  • Prepare and deliver impactful reports on business development activities and outcomes to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client’s market presence.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach and engagement efforts.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development; 8 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site presence.
