Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor and evaluate nursing practices, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary care coordination to optimize patient outcomes and streamline processes.
- Lead efforts to achieve healthcare benchmarks, accreditations, and designations through strategic initiatives.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance staff performance and competencies.
- Manage patient admissions and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and care delivery.
- Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient safety and quality outcomes within the ICU.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, with active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care leadership experience, preferably in ICU settings.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills to manage a multidisciplinary team effectively.
- Proven ability to manage operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
