Overview

  • Administer and optimize business applications to support organizational goals and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM administration, preferably Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with development tools such as Apex and LWC is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or API integrations preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
