Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience at a director level in construction or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and environmental practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools to streamline operations.
