Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare operating room suites, ensuring proper setup of equipment and supplies.
• Circulate during outpatient surgical procedures, coordinating with surgical teams.
• Maintain sterile techniques and compliance with surgery center policies.
• Document perioperative care accurately and efficiently for optimal patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout surgical processes.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in maintaining a clean and organized surgical environment.

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory for this role.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery centers or operating rooms is highly desirable.
