Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.
- Minimum of five years of direct patient care experience in a specialty area.
- Active Registered Nurse License and Clinical Nurse Specialist Certificate in California.
- Basic Life Support certification required at the time of hire.
- Proven ability to develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating patient outcomes and clinical effectiveness.
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary collaboration and driving healthcare innovation.
