Job Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.
  • Minimum of five years of direct patient care experience in a specialty area.
  • Active Registered Nurse License and Clinical Nurse Specialist Certificate in California.
  • Basic Life Support certification required at the time of hire.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating patient outcomes and clinical effectiveness.
