Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years of clinical healthcare experience, with leadership experience in surgical settings preferred.
  • Active Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.
  • Proficiency in patient safety, emergency preparedness, and evidence-based medicine principles.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, surgical protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
