Overview

  • Contribute to strategic business analysis initiatives within the financial services industry, driving operational excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Prepare detailed functional narratives, use cases, and scenarios to guide development efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute test plans for system integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying "As-Is" and "To-Be" scenarios.
  • Utilize Private Equity software systems effectively to support operations and decision-making.
  • Provide proactive solutions to business challenges, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal and external users to ensure effective communication.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
  • Preferred 3+ years of experience in requirement gathering and test documentation.
  • Experience in the Private Equity Fund of Fund market is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Private Equity software systems like eFront FrontInvest is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
