Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements using industry-standard methodologies.
- Prepare detailed functional narratives, use cases, and scenarios to guide development efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
- Develop and execute test plans for system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying "As-Is" and "To-Be" scenarios.
- Utilize Private Equity software systems effectively to support operations and decision-making.
- Provide proactive solutions to business challenges, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external users to ensure effective communication.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Preferred 3+ years of experience in requirement gathering and test documentation.
- Experience in the Private Equity Fund of Fund market is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Private Equity software systems like eFront FrontInvest is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
