Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • CPA certification is highly preferred and advantageous.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant finance experience, with 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in property management and real estate finance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing and growing accounting teams effectively.
