Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives within the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement impactful AI projects.
• Develop and deploy AI solutions tailored to specific business needs and workflows.
• Conduct applied research to transition innovative concepts into production-ready systems.
• Monitor and optimize AI systems for performance and reliability in live environments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing and deploying AI systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python programming and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with large language model applications and agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of secure integrations and Model Context Protocol servers.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration in dynamic environments.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members effectively.
• Preferred advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in relevant fields.
