Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and industry standards.
  • Manage complex investor allocations and fund structures with precision and expertise.
  • Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews.
  • Implement and maintain advanced accounting systems for streamlined operations.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of fund transactions and reconciliations.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance associates to foster professional growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
  • 6-10 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably with public/private CPA experience.
  • Proficiency in managing complex investor allocations and fund structures.
  • Experience with Geneva accounting software or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in a hybrid arrangement, contributing to a collaborative environment.
