Overview

  • Lead and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and timeline standards effectively.
  • Coordinate with project teams to manage resources and resolve construction challenges promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety protocols during construction phases.
  • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders and management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate workforce activities, including scheduling and task assignments for optimal productivity.
  • Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
  • Resolve on-site issues and conflicts to maintain project momentum and stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
